Masakan nasi ayam (chicken rice)

Chicken rice is one the popular food for Indonesian, to day i prepare the chicken rice recipe for you as the fun of special food.

for make the chicken rice food, you must prepare the following ingridient:

Materials (Bahan-bahan):

1 kg ayam
2 kiub ayam
1 kiub sup bunjut
daun salad
timun
8 biji cili merah
sedikit cuka makan
cili sos
daun sup
daun bawang
5 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
1 inchi halia
1 kuntum bunga lawang
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
1 batang kulit kayu manis

How to make it:

1) Bersihkan ayam dan dipotong (sesuai selera)
2) Rebuskan ayam
3) Basuh beras.
